What You'll Learn from the Course

Lasting health isn’t driven by extreme plans or one-size-fits-all advice. It’s built through consistent, repeatable behaviors practiced over time.

The Daily One Percent Course in Sustainable Health is a science-backed, self-guided system built around six core pillars of health & wellness: movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, positive social connection, and avoidance of risky substances. Rather than relying on motivation or willpower, the course focuses on building structure and systems designed for consistency and work in real life.

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

  • Evaluate health advice and daily habits using evidence-based principles, not trends or extremes
  • Identify the behaviors with the highest impact on long-term health, energy, and resilience
  • Apply behavior change science to build consistency without relying on motivation
  • Reduce friction and decision fatigue by designing supportive routines and environments
  • Recognize and adjust behaviors that may be working against your health.
  • Create and refine a repeatable 30-day framework you can adapt as your life evolves

Nearly 80% of chronic illnesses—including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and many cancers—are linked to modifiable lifestyle factors such as movement, diet, sleep, and stress. Grounded in the principles of lifestyle medicine, this course focuses on strengthening foundational habits that reduce long-term risk and support lasting health.

As rates of chronic illness continue to rise, prevention through daily behavior has never been more important. This course offers a structured, practical way to take action early—helping you build habits that support long-term health, not short-term change.

Discover how small, consistent habits compound into meaningful results, and design your first “1% win” to build momentum and start strong.

Build a personalized movement plan that fits your life, regardless of fitness level, to improve strength, support metabolism, and create consistency

Develop a sustainable approach to nutrition that supports energy, mood, and cognitive clarity without restriction.

Optimize sleep quality and hormone regulation with habits that restore energy, reduce cravings, and support recovery.

Learn how to regulate stress using daily tools like breath-work, mindset resets, and ‘food-mood’ awareness.

Shape your social and physical environment to support healthier habits and stronger relationships.

Identify habits that may be undermining your health and learn how to change them without guilt or restriction.

Translate the course into a personalized, clear, habit-based plan you can track, adjust, and sustain.

The cost of Waiting

Most of us wait to act until the signals become louder—fatigue, stress, or mounting health concerns.

Chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and obesity-related complications often come with ongoing costs of $5,000–$10,000 per year, not to mention the quieter costs: lost energy, disrupted routines, missed work, and reduced quality of life.

This course offers a proactive, science-backed alternative—helping you strengthen foundational habits earlier, before the costs begin to compound.

Small daily shifts. Long-term impact.

Meet Andrew tai

Founder, The Daily One Percent

I founded The Daily One Percent to approach health differently — not as a short-term fix, but as a long-term system built on small, consistent improvement. In a space crowded with extremes and oversimplified advice, my focus is on understanding the fundamental principles of health, identifying what is supported by evidence, and applying it in ways that fit real life.

My work sits at the intersection of structure and science. I’ve completed formal training in health and wellness through Harvard Medical School, where I studied lifestyle medicine, behavior change, and evidence-based approaches to long-term health. That training reinforced an often-overlooked reality: many of the conditions we treat reactively are shaped much earlier by daily habits, environment, and systems.

The Daily One Percent was also shaped by personal experience. I’ve seen how preventable chronic illness can quietly alter the course of a life, long before it becomes urgent. That perspective continues to guide my work. The goal isn’t perfection or intensity — it’s consistency, supported by the right structure.
